Recorded in Warsaw, other Polish cities and the diaspora, 1900s–1930s

The published Polish sides are drawn from vault rows under that tag. Their years run from 1900 to 1952: about a third fall before 1923, many sit in the 1923–1946 gray band, and the rest date from 1947 or later. The early century is present in real weight, not as a thin preface.

Michael Zazulak holds four of the sides, all from 1921 — Pieśń Wojenna, the carols Bóg Sie Rodzi and Aniół Pasterzom Mówił, and Pije Kuba Do Jakóba. Kapela Krakowska contributes Klarinetówka and Mazur Ulanów Polskich; Władysław Ochrymowicz appears on W pośród drzew gęstej altany, Niechcę cię Kasiunio, and Uciekla Mi Przepióreczka W Proso. Polka turns up in seven titles across the set.

Frank Wojnarowski and his orchestra return on Góral, Old Timer Polka, Danaź, Moja Dana, White Horse Oberek, and Dalej Chłopcy; Victor Zembruski and his Connecticut Polish Orchestra take Under the Green Oak. From the oldest years come Charles D'Almaine's Polish national dance of 1900, Adamo Didur's Polonaise (Moniuszko), and Wladyslaw Florjanski's Krakowiak (Moniuszki). Podoszka Komiczna Czwórka supplies the comic pair Zabawa W Lesie and Na Weselu, while Rudy Patek is heard on parts of the Cztery tańce Polskie sequence.
